Every employment agency - whether your business specializes in temporary staffing, permanent placement (direct hire), contract staffing, or a combination - needs SCAPS.  The South Carolina Association of Personnel & Staffing is made up of employment agencies just like you!  Our members include national franchises, regional offices, local agencies, and sole proprietors.  SCAPS offers everything an agency needs to succeed.

Our Mission

SCAPS serves as a watchdog for the personnel industry in South Carolina.  We work diligently to ensure laws are passed favorable to the personnel industry and defeat those that are not.  SCAPS also offers more than 30 resources a year for you to gain knowledge on industry trends, recruiting basics, owner/manager training, employment law, legislation, and other issues that not only increase your knowledge but also provide those needed CEU credits.  As a SCAPS member you are automatically a member of the South Carolina Small Business Chamber of Commerce, entitled to all the benefits as a fully paid member.
